Dough

1 cup glutinous rice flour
¼ cup all-purpose flour
3 tbsp cassava flour
½ tsp salt
½ cup and 1 tbsp water
Sesame seeds

Red bean paste filling

2 cup red bean
1 ½ cup sugar
½ tbsp. salt
water

 

Tips

  1. Before frying the doughnut ball, let it rest under  for at least 1 hour.
  2. Best eaten warm.
