Ape Nak Buat : Kehidupan rasa lemau atau tepu

Ok sebenarnya tadi tengah mengerjakan foto di fotosop. Makin lama rasa makin lemau tahap memprosesnya. Is it me? or this Mac? Ok lets assume we both lemau already. Because I’m easily get lemau di siang hari and the Mac kept on for… hmm… emmhmmm… ok just forget it because I already forget.

So I shut it down. And because I suddenly remember that the piggies and their cage was almost forgotten by me (ok2… I would not forget to feed them) so I took a deep breath and go do whatever I should do. Why took a deep breath? because… I’m dealing with poops okay. Not because the smell very bad but I always imagine that the poop dust/debris/particles… or whatever science people call it, I imagine it will gets into my nose and then go straight an stick itself in my lung. Iyeww… Iyeww… I don’t know why I always forget to buy mask like the one we get free when we visit patients at hospitals.

Ok now everything nice and clean, I washed myself, and the machine got a good rest. So now I switch everything on including my working mode. But now I’m writing… ok actually I’m typing my thought. Because I remember that I’ve learn about this long time ago but I never jot/type it down;

Sometime we feel that our life become stale… or too saturated (oh… food lover always have terms related to food :D ). What we need to do is STOP. Take time to breath well and think well.

If you think your life is too routine, stop doing the routine.. try to do something else or do it another way. Maybe you are a daily early bird at your office… try be the late one (get caught creates better experience). You will miss the days you come early, but you will enjoyed it at least a bit… I promise :D . Maybe you hate daily traffic with your crappy car and crappy aircond… try travel by bus or train. You will miss your privacy in your own car, but you will enjoy ‘observing’ people… and I promise you will remember the smell too :D . You’ll know it is morning/evening just by the smell :D .

If you think your life is too hectic, go holiday or do some activity/hobby during the weekend. You will feel refresh and get the energy to start your hectic life again. But mind you.. excessive shopping will not help.

In smaller scale. If our brain cannot concentrate with work/task anymore, STOP. Don’t push it too much. Give it time to rest. We need it for long term, so be nice to it. Take a short nap or do something you love because it will stimulate our brain to relax. For instance, when I need to rest I’ll take a nap (usually will turn to a deep sleep :p) or I’ll bully my pets (actually it’s the other way around and I still love it) or I’ll sing metal rock song (bwahahahah) or I’ll write (in my blog obviously) or I’ll cook or bake. So now you know why I’m a self-employed. My definition of ‘rest’ cannot be tolerated by most employers :D .

Ok, enough blabbers. Back to work. Oh… disclaimer… everything I wrote here was just my thought according to my experience. So… you may try but please don’t be mad at me if anything goes wrong :p.




Ape Nak Buat : Nak bersenam tapi alat2nya tak ada

Sungguh ‘lame’ bunyinye… wahahaha. So ini versi sedikit mengarut yang tak mengarut sangat. So What? kan…

Bile bekerja depan komputer, eloklah menggerak-gerakkan badan sesekali. Lagi2 bila rasa tangan dan kaki dah mula kebas dan lenguh. Ok… sila pandang sekeliling korang, ada tak benda yang berat sikit… buku ke, laptop rosak ke. Ambil benda tersebut dan buatlah senaman ala-ala BEGINI. Tiap kali nampak dumbbell nak beli rasa macam membazir je. Almaklum… kalau keje depan PC sampai kebas maknanya bukan orang kaya la tu. Orang kaya keje pakai mulut n jari telunjuk je. Tadi aku guna Si Lala je. Boleh tahan berat gak minah nih.

Sekarang badan rasa sedikit refresh dan aktif walaupun otak masih penat… arghhh! Punyelah rase refresh sampai terjatuhkan tablet… herher. Ayah pulak ingat Lala yang jatuhkan barang;

Ayah : Hepppp… (biase ayah cakap gini kalau Lala tengah hyper)
Aku : Err… saya yang jatuhkan barang Yah.. bukan Lala, hihi.
Ayah : Ooo…
Aku : Alamak jauhnye nak capai. Lala… tolong la ambikkan tablet pen tu… huhuhu (hopelessly hoping Lala pandai terima dan laksana arahan… huhu)

Warghh!!… otak yang penat sebenarnye.

Tido karang baru tau >> aku tuju kat sape ayat ni sebenarnye… huhu




Ape Nak Buat : Pendakap gigi, nak makan pun susah.

OK, bagi siapa2 yang pakai pendakap gigi (teeth braces). Antara masalah yang selalu dihadapi adalah dah kalut2 bersiap nak keluar sebab ada appointment penting tiba2 perut rasa lapar ya amat. Padahal tadi dah berus gigi baek punya, nak makan nanti kena berus gigi balik… mana sempat. Kalau tak berus gigi nanti rase dalam mulut bersepah… ini boleh mengurangkan keyakinan diri. Tapi kalau tak telan apa2 nanti gigil pulak… arghhh!

Jadi, untuk mengelakkan perkara begini berlaku seeloknya pastikan beberapa makanan atau minuman yang berkhasiat, mudah didapati, mudah ditelan dan perlu kumur saja untuk membersihkan mulut, ada dalam simpanan anda. Sebagai contoh;

1. Susu. Kalau anda seorang lactose intolerant, soy milk juga bagus.
2. Yogurt. Adik beradik susu lah jugak.
3. Biskut Digestive (tak sesuai kalau ada allergy pada soya dan kacang). Aku maksudkan yang macam McVitie’s punye. Actually apa2 biskut yang texturenya macam Digestive pun ok.
4. Tauhu lembut. Yes… makan begitu saja :D .
5. Dan apa2 lagilah yang anda terfikir :D .

Kalau kebetulan tak ada. Dalam perjalanan tu singgahla mana2 kedai untuk beli apa2… hihih.

Sebenarnya perkara ni berlaku pada aku pagi tadi. Dah lambat nak pegi klinik untuk tightening braces. Sikiittt lagi nak keluar rumah tiba2 kelaparan pulak. Nanti dokte nak belek2 gigi gua mana boleh ade terselit bendasing pulak, ahahha. Nasib baik ade susu… fuh.

Sekarang tak rase sakit pun, cuma masa dokte ketatkan memang rasa ngilu… huhu. Tapi siap la pagi esok gusi rasa sengal2 geli. Maka seminggu la makan cam orang xde gigi… :D .

Tambahan :: Tadi Aunty jiran belakang rumah kate aku dah kuruusss… awww :p
